others by WinCycle Board of Directors' approval

Applicants need to provide one of the following:

proof of 501c(3) status, or

a letter of request on school letterhead, or

a letter of request on organization letterhead

Monitors:

Add $10 for a 17" CRT monitor

Add $35 for a 15" LCD flat panel monitor (individual purchases at full price)

WinCycle's Board of Directors must approve purchases of 10 or more units.

WinCycle's Board of Directors must approve purchases for use outside the local area.
