Sales Policy
Buyers should inspect equipment before it is purchased. Although all computing equipment is sold on an as-is basis, if defects in the equipment become apparent within 30 days of the purchase date, the equipment may be returned for repair or exchange (if available).
Store credit will be issued if repairs cannot be made or a similar item is not available. No cash refunds will be given. Improper use of equipment will be considered the responsibility of the buyer and no repairs or credit will be offered.
We strongly suggest that you call us first to check on availability of specific items. Our stock varies from day to day; pricing does not reflect in-stock availability.
NOTE: Why our PC Desktop systems don't generally come with modems
1. We don't have enough modems to put in every system.
2. Almost all internal modems manufactured today are "Winmodems" or "Softmodems". What that means is that the modem is not functional without a software driver. (In other words, the manufacturer replaced hardware with software and saved a lot of money in the process). The average consumer doesn't know this. A new computer has the software driver installed already at the time of purchase. When we get these modems, we don't get the driver software with them. That means we have to scour the Internet for drivers which work. You'd think this would be an easy task, but unfortunately, it isn't. We charge an additional $10 to install an internal modem on a desktop PC system; and, considering the effort involved, it's worth every cent.
